Camptra Technologies is Hiring an Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist Near Plano, TX

·Prepares,posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related toaccounts receivable.·Assistwith the management of daily operation activities.·Createsinvoices according to company practices to customers and contractors.·Reviewall invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.·Researchcustomer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of theCollections Manager and other staff.·Receiveand verify expenses that are in compliance with company policies.·Processvendor payments via wire, ACH, or check.·Maintainsand updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, ormailing attention.·Performbank reconciliations for all outgoing payments.·Dealwith collections of incoming accounts receivable from customers.·Overseeaccounts receivable team to ensure all customer payments are applied to the correctaccount.·Managecollections team and make sure receivables are being collected in a timelymanner and perform other assigned tasks.·Workwith customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organizationpromptly and professionally.

Requirements

·Must beable to multi-task, be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.·Isproactive and demonstrates a willingness to “roll up the sleeves" asnecessary.·ExcellentCommunication & Interpersonal Skills.·Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite & Accounting Software.·3 yearsof experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable·Experienceworking with Software Companies.·Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting or related field.·Requiredto commute to the office location in Plano three days a week
